Any cause of action of yours with respect to these Terms must be filed in a court of Hong Kong, within one year after the cause of action has arisen, or such cause will be barred, invalid, and void.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
